Here is the process to submit an offer and view the property:

We will ask that the Buyer schedule all inspections, appraisals, etc. at the same time as to disturb the tenant as little as possible. All appointments to the property MUST be scheduled with Saunders Property Management, LLC by calling our office or emailing Nancy@Srealtynow.com.
The current lease will transfer with the property to the new property owner at closing. The rent will be prorated to the closing date between seller and buyer at closing. Past due rent and/or any other balance due to the seller (if any) will be deducted from the tenant security deposit and the balance will be given to the buyer at closing.
