How an offer works for a Saunders Property Management, LLC internal listing:

The process to submit an offer and view the property:
*You must submit an offer with all terms and conditions agreed upon prior to scheduling a showing. The buyer will be given a 5 calendar day window to view the property before Due Diligence funds are due. Once again, we are attempting to disturb the tenant as little as possible throughout the process.
Once an offer is mutual between buyer and seller, the buyer will have 5 calendar days, from the effective date, to view the property. If the buyer no longer wants to proceed with the offer, they can cancel in writing within 5 calendar days of the effective date and the offer will become null and void (The buyer will not have submitted any funds at this point). If the Buyer proceeds with the offer, Due Diligence will be due by 5 pm on the 5th calendar day from the effective date.

Seller asks that Buyer schedule all inspections, appraisals, etc. at the same time as to disturb the tenant as little as possible. All appointments to the property MUST be scheduled with Saunders Property Management, LLC by calling our office or emailing Nancy@Srealtynow.com.
The current lease will transfer with the property to the new property owner at closing. The rent will be prorated to the closing date between seller and buyer at closing. Past due rent and/or any other balance due to the seller (if any) will be deducted from the tenant security deposit and the balance will be given to the buyer at closing.
